Exhibit A is replaced with an up-dated attached Exhibit A.

EXHIBIT A: MONTHLY EXPENDITURE AMOUNTS 
 
 
Monthly not-to-exceed amounts are calculated based on expected efforts levels during the 
academic year (August through May) versus other months (May, June, July).  Monthly not-to-
exceed amounts for the agreement are as follows: 
 
I.  
Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $1,505 for February 2020 through April 2020. 
 
II.  
Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $7,150 for May through July 2020. 
 
III.  
Monthly not-to-exceed amount is $1,505 for August 2020 through January 2021. 
 
The Agreement amount for each year of the subsequent years of the term will be negotiated 
based on the availability of funds.
