FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT 
NEW HOPE GENERAL PROGRAM 
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT — NEW HOPE 
GENERAL PROGRAM AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is entered into by and 
between IC9 KONNECTION ("Contactor") and Maricopa County, administered 
through its Animal Care and Control Department ("County"). The County and Contractor 
are collectively referred to as "Parties" and each individually as "Party." 
RECITALS: 
I. 	
The Parties entered into an Agreement effective January 1, 2019 through December 
31, 2019 ("Initial Term"). 
The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement upon the terms and conditions 
contained in this First Amendment 
FIRST AMENDMENT: 
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable 
considerations, the Parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows: 
1. 	
The Term of the Agreement is renewed for a three (3) year period, effective 
January 1,2020 and expiring on December 31, 2022. 
H. 	
The following section is replaced and superseded in the Agreement: 
XVI — ISRAEL BOYCOTT  
If Contractor engages in for-profit activity and has ten (10) or more employees, and 
if this Agreement has a value of $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies it is not 
currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of this Agreement to not engage 
in, a boycott of goods or services from Israel. This certification does not apply to a

boycott prohibited by 50 U.S.C. § 4842 or a regulation issued pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 
§ 4842. 
The foregoing paragraphs contain all changes made by this amendment. All other 
terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
