Alma School Road, Suite #160 Mesa, AZ 85210 FSacrpati@CBridges.com RE: Improvements (Lease MC-10185) Dear Frank, Maricopa County and Community Bridges are parties to a Lease Agreement (Lease No. MC- 10185) dated March 16, 2011 and amended May 22, 2019 (collectively, “Lease Agreement”) with a Lease Agreement expiration of December 31, 2024. This is to inform you that, notwithstanding Paragraph 7.2 of the Lease Agreement, Maricopa County will be doing improvements to the Premises. The scope of work for the improvements includes: • Crack Fill, Seal Coat and Restripe the entire parking lot, replace three parking bumpers, extend concrete apron to allow for parking four trailers. PPM Sealcoat to be applied at an application rate of .28-.30 per square yard. • Remove and Replace older section of asphalt, remove and replace extruded curb at the area of new asphalt only. • Remove older section of asphalt and replace with concrete, remove and replace extruded curb at the area of new concrete only. • Remove existing Hot Asphalt Mopped Roofing System including removal of the substrate. Install new TPO Roofing per attached specification.
