This notice from Cuatro Palmas IWDD No. 26 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
Trustee(s) that is to be held on November 17, 2021. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks
approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Sylvia
Salas, Crescencio Salas, and Selemsa Rodriguez who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which
he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as director(s) will be from January 1, 2022

to December 31, 2023.
