RE: Reason for delay in cashing checks

To whom it may concern.

|, David L Watson, affirm that as the owner of Artos Holding, LLC, did not consider it safe and prudent to
go out in public due to Covid 19 pandemic. As a result, my normal routine of checking my mailbox and
depositing checks from Maricopa County in relation to redeemed tax lien certificates was interrupted.
Asa result, the enclosed checks were past their legal due date for cashing when | resumed my public
activities.

Now that | am vaccinated and consider the risk of public exposure to be minimized, | am re-

implementing my regular habits relating my Tax Lien investments. | appreciate your consideration in this
matter.
