AMENDMENT No. 11 TO LEASE AGREEMENT 
 BETWEEN 
1837 Property, LLC, LESSOR 
AND 
MARICOPA COUNTY, LESSEE  
 
 
RECITALS 
 
A. 
Lessor and Lessee ( “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-
7171 dated October 19, 1992 and subsequently amended by Amendment No. 1 
dated October 2, 1996; Amendment No. 2 dated June 22, 1998; Amendment No. 
3 dated October 18, 2000; Amendment No. 4 dated October 2, 2003; Amendment 
No. 5 dated June 22, 2005; Amendment No. 6 dated May 17, 2006; Amendment 
No. 7 dated July 22, 2009; Amendment No. 8 dated June 6, 2012; Amendment 
No. 9 dated November 5, 2014; and Amendment No. 10 dated July 31, 2019  
(collectively “Lease”).  The Lease is for premises described as 8,998 square feet 
of office and court space located at 1837 S. Mesa Drive, Mesa, Arizona (the 
“Premises”). 
 
B. 
The Lease expires February 28, 2022. 
 
 
C. 
The Parties now mutually desire to enter into this Amendment No. 11 to the Lease 
(“Amendment”) to extend the Lease term and update Licensee’s notice address. 
 
 
AGREEMENT 
 
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and 
valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which are hereby 
acknowledged, Licensor and Licensee agree to amend the Lease as follows: 
 
1. 
The Recitals, by this reference, are hereby incorporated in this Amendment. 
 
2. 
Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the 
meanings assigned to such terms in the Lease, unless the context expressly 
requires otherwise. 
 
3. 
The Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Lease, at the rental rate of 
$23.50 per square foot (plus rental tax), for sixteen (16) months commencing on 
March 1, 2022, and expiring on June 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier as 
provided for in the Lease.  
 
4. 
The effective date of this Amendment is the date of. execution by Maricopa 
County.  This Lease, as amended, is subject to termination pursuant to the 
provisions of A.R.S. §38-511.

The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All 
other terms and conditions of the Lease remain the same and in full force and
