Project Update
• Project Change Request (PCR) 05 
approved in November 2020
• Provided us the time and resources 
to strengthen testing and training 
programs to ensure functionality 
at proposed February 2022 launch
• Leadership and project team worked 
tirelessly the last 11 months to ensure 
project delivered on time and on 
budget

Going Live in February!
• All systems go at this point for a February launch
• Currently on the final release of development 
before go-live
• Barring any major unforeseen issues, project 
vendor is on track to deliver project in February 
as presented in PCR 05
• PCR 05 included two post go-live releases

Today’s Focuses

Project MARS becomes
Assessment Analyst GAMA
• Final product named Assessment Analyst 
GAMA (Geographic Assisted Mass Appraisal)
• Product will be marketed to other 
organizations which will ultimately improve 
experience for all users

User Acceptance Testing
• Currently ongoing by all team 
members to ensure all functionalities 
of the new system work and meet our 
needs
• Our opportunity to report bugs, 
issues, or workflow problems so the 
team can make necessary fixes and 
changes
• Team continues preparation and is on 
target to deliver all features for final 
UAT 
• Final UAT will occur November 30 –
December 20

Product Testing
Performance Testing
• Full bulk validation/valuation of all 
model types
• 98.6% of valuations are complete; 
remaining 1.4% under review
• Recorded automated test case at 
different load levels to gauge impact 
during off hours
Gap Testing
• Completed economic unit 
commercial/residential, GeoSketch
• In process: Mobile home account 
ownership; tax area code and special 
districts (round 2)

Change Management
• Leadership accountability for operational 
readiness
• Have held 27 one-on-one sessions                
with team leaders
• Weekly communication to all team 
members promoting training sessions    
and activities
• Transition to support and maintenance
