Our goal is for the funding to benefit many students. We can only accept one application, so please present your best project for consideration. There are some restrictions. The charitable funding cannot be used: For a scholarship to a single student. To fund any efforts designed for State Farm to recruit students. To create a program specifically for State Farm. As grant selections will be made through a competitive process, we ask that the funding requested be the exact amount needed to fund the project. The maximum amount that can be requested is $50,000; there is no minimum. It is important to provide a detailed breakdown of all the costs associated with the project. The submitted application may be funded in full, partially, or not be selected for funding. Here are some dates to keep in mind: May 14, 2021 Deadline to submit the online grant application July 30, 2021 Funding decision is communicated by this date To apply You can begin with this grant application link and invitation code DIHLF1. Although it states “Invitation Code (optional)” please include it to ensure the application is routed appropriately. If you copy and paste it in to your document, please be sure to start at the ‘D’ and stop at the ‘1’. Picking up any additional spacing could cause an error. The first time signing in, you will need to establish a password. If you have established log in information, please enter the information into the appropriate fields. You can save your application as a work-in-progress and return to work on it again. To access the work-in-progress application, you will need to enter the established log in information. After you have submitted your application, you can log in to review what was submitted. However, once submitted, you will not be able to make any changes.
