Runbeck Election Services Inc. currently holds a contract 10124-SS, Printing and Distribution of 
Election Ballots. This contract will expire on September 30, 2021. This contract provides for an extension 
on the same terms, conditions and pricing, if both parties agree. Please advise in the space provided below 
whether you would be willing to extend this contract for one month (until 10/31/2021).
Please advise this office by 9/10/21
It is recommended that $1,000,000 additional funds are required for the next month.  If more funds are 
required, please include the correct funding amount below.   Note:  OPS can only add funds up to $100,000.  
If additional funds are needed you are responsible for submitting a request on the board agenda.
