The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Extend contract period to October 1, 2021 and ending the September 30, 2022.
B. The one-year budget period has the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its amendments shall
remain in full force and effect.
