We are once again grateful for the opportunity to request support from the SRPMIC
12% Gaming Grant Process. We are even more appreciate for the understanding for the
late submission. It isn’t for any other reason except that I completely missed the
invitation within my email, so I was never tracking the due date until we received the
emailed stating the deadline had passed. (For that I apologize) The long standing
support we receive from SRPMIC is something we are very proud of and sets an
example for many other organizations and entities on how and why to support Fighter
Country Partnership.

As we have done in the past, we would enjoy the opportunity to bring some SRPMIC
Leaders to Luke for an Education and Awareness tour to greater provide insight on to
how we support Luke and where your resources are supplied. The ability for us to
personally showcase how we support the military members, and their families is
something we are honored and fortunate to share with our great partners like the
SRPMIC.

Organizational History: FCP has been around since the mid 70's with multiple names. Our
original existence was to protect the base and utilize our effort to ensure it remains open. Over
the years we have grown and became incorporated in 1993 as Fighter Country Partnership.
Today we still work to protect the mission of Luke Air Force Base, but our core mission is "To
Support the Men, Women, Families and Mission of Luke AFB” through programs and services
geared towards Morale & Well-Being, Culture & Tradition and Mission Sustainability. Our goal
in supporting the mission of Luke Air Force Base is to enhance the quality of life for the Military
Members and their families.

Project Name: FCP’s “Top Three” Programs to support Morale & Well-Being, Culture & Tradition
and Mission Sustainability

Please provide a brief description of the project being submitted to the 12% SRPMIC Grant
program. In the description please provide a summary of the relevant experience, administrative
activity, and program development related to the grant request.

FCP’s Top Three programs target the Morale & Well-Being, Culture & Tradition and Mission
Sustainability areas within Luke AFB that have been identified as areas of need. These areas
change as the areas of need within the base change. Areas of need are identified by the senior
leadership of Luke AFB, and FCP assumes the appropriate role to assist with the challenge at
hand. Whether is it funding Financial Literacy Programs, Chaplain's Monthly Deployed Family
Dinners, Morale and Welfare Airman Wingman Days, or a base wellness affair, FCP directs its
resources where needed. The mission of Luke AFB is to train the world’s greatest fighter pilots
and maintainers while deploying mission ready warfighters, and FCP focuses its Top Three
attention towards quality-of-life aspects that assist in keeping base morale high while these
strong integrity airmen, soldiers and sailors serve our great nation.

FCP's Top Three program is ongoing and we are always raising funds and identifying resources
to support and enhance the quality of life at Luke. We are successful in our mission of
supporting the men, women, families and mission of Luke AFB because we receive support from
municipalities, businesses, individuals and other organizations as well as 12% gaming grant
dollars. If SRPMIC funds were not made available to FCP, these programs would continue and
FCP will adjust to identify other sources for funding.
