RESOLUTION OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD — No. 19/20-1

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT’S
BOUNDARIES TO INCLUDE LAND WITHIN MARICOPA COUNTY AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CIRCLE CITY MORRISTOWN FIRE DISTRICT UPON WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE PROPERTY OWNER
PURSUANT TO A.R.S, 48-262.

Whereas, On May 4 2020, Ann Marie McConnell, requested, in writing, that the Circle City
Morristown Fire District amend the boundaries of the Circle City Morristown Fire District to include its
property. The property is specifically described by the Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) on the attached
Exhibit A;

Whereas, the property is located within Maricopa County and is contiguous to the boundaries of
the Circle City Morristown Fire District; and

Whereas, the Circle City Morristown Fire District has determined that the inclusion of the property
within the boundaries of the Circle City Morristown Fire District will benefit the Circle City Morristown
Fire District and the property owner.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Circle City Morristown Fire District governing board
hereby orders the following:

The boundaries of the Circle City Morristown Fire District are hereby amended to include the
property described on the attached Exhibit A.

ADOPTED at a duly noticed public meeting of the Circle City Morristown Fire District governing board on
May 21°, 2020.
