RESOLUTION #380

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE DAISY MOUNTAIN FIRE DISTRICT'S
BOUNDARIES TO INCLUDE LAND WITHIN THE MARICOPA COUNTY AND ADJACENT TO THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE DAISY MOUNTAIN FIRE DISTRICT, AFTER WRITTEN REQUEST BY PROPERTY
OWNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH A.R.S. § 48-262.(1).

WHEREAS: On June 5, 2019, LeeAnn Mattison requested, in writing, that the Daisy Mountain Fire District
Board amend the Daisy Mountain Fire District boundaries to include their property, more
particularly described as set forth on the attached Exhibit A.

WHEREAS: The subject property is located within Maricopa County and is adjacent to the boundaries of the
Daisy Mountain Fire District.

WHEREAS: The Daisy Mountain Fire District Board has determined that the inclusion of the subject property
within the boundaries of the Daisy Mountain Fire District will benefit the Daisy Mountain Fire
District AND the Property Owner.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fire Board of the Daisy Mountain Fire District hereby orders the
following:

The boundaries of the Daisy Mountain Fire District are hereby amended to include the property described as set
forth on the attached Exhibit A.

ADOPTED at meeting of the Fire Board of the Daisy Mountain Fire District at a duly noticed meeting held on
August 26, 2019 by a majority of the Fire Board Members.
