A FORMAL RESOLUTION OF THE DETERMINATION OF THE ELECTED BOARD OF
SOUTH COUNTY FIRE & MEDICAL DISTRICT ORDERING THAT THE DISTRICT
BOUNDARIES BE CHANGED TO INCLUDE THAT PROPERTY (PARCEL NO, 506-33-
502H) DESCRIBED IN EXHIBITS “A” and “B” ATTACHED HERETO

WHEREAS, the South County Fire & Medical District Board of Directors has been
presented with a request for inclusion of the property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto,
requesting that said property be included into the jurisdictional boundaries of the District; and

WHERAS, the subject property is located within Maricopa County and is contiguous to
the boundaries of South County Fire & Medical District as shown on Exhibit “B” attached hereto;
and

WHEREAS, all requirements of A.R.S. §48-262 have been addressed and met according
to law; and

WHEREAS, the South County Fire & Medical District Governing Board has determined
that the inclusion of the subject property within the boundaries of South County Fire & Medical
District will benefit South County Fire & Medical District and the property owners.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Board of South County
Fire & Medical District does hereby find that the proposed inclusion of the property satisfies the
requirements of A.R.S. §48-262, and does hereby order the change to the District boundaries to
include the property as set forth in the attached legal description Exhibit “A” and map Exhibit “B”
in South County Fire & Medical District.

RESOLVED AND ADOPTED at a duly noticed public meeting of the Governing Board
of the South County Fire & Medical District on June 23, 2020, by a majority of the Governing
Board Members.
