I.
The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. The budget period begins October 1, 2021 and ends March 31, 2022.
B. Contract amount is increased by $249,615.50 to an aggregate not-to-exceed
(NTE) amount from $1,969,193.40 to $2,218,808.90.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original Contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
