the following certifications relating to that certain Business Loan Agreement (Maricopa County 
Revolving Line of Credit), dated July 1, 2026 (the “Business Loan Agreement”), among the 
County, the Maricopa County Treasurer as agent for the County, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.: 
The persons whose name, title and signature appear below are duly qualified and acting 
officers of the County and are authorized to execute the Business Loan Agreement, the Note and 
such other documents related thereto.  The Maricopa County Treasurer and the Chief Deputy 
Treasurer are further authorized to execute Addendums pursuant to the terms of the Business Loan 
Agreement.  On the date hereof, such persons hold the office set forth beside their names, and the 
signature appears opposite their names is the genuine signature of such officers.
