OFFICIAL LOYALTY OATH I, the undersigned, hereby execute this document in compliance with A.R.S. §38-231: OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO TAKE LOYALTY OATH: FORM; CLASSIFICATION; DEFINITION A.
