WHEREAS, Maricopa County, Arizona (“County”) and SIKOTAR, LLC dba VALLEY INN (“Contractor”) have 
entered into a Contract for the purchase of temporary hotel housing assistance dated May 2, 2022 
(“Agreement”), County Contract No: 220250-CI. 
  
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to further modify the Agreement by changing certain terms and 
conditions;  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of 
which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

2.0 SPECIFICATIONS 
 
2.1 Contractor shall: 
 
2.1.1 
Provide temporary shelter for individuals as identified by the County at the rate of $70 
per room plus tax from May 2, 2022 through December 31, 2022. 
 
2.1.2 
Provide temporary shelter for individuals as identified by the County at the rate of $72 
per room plus tax from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. 
 
2.1.3 
Provide temporary shelter for individuals as identified by the County at the rate of $74 
per room plus tax from January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. 
 
4.0 CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
 
4.1 This Contract term is from May 2, 2022 to June 30, 2024.
