SERIAL 200223-EMG AMENDMENT No.8 To CONTRACT 200223-EMG “TEMPORARY HOTEL HOUSING ASSISTANCE” Between Shivani LLC DBA Sure Stay by Bestwestern & MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, Maricopa County, Arizona (“County”) and Shivani LLC DBA Sure Stay by Bestwestern (“Contractor”) have entered into a Contract for the purchase of Temporary Hotel Housing Assistance dated May 12, 2020 (“Agreement”) and effective May 18, 2020 County Contract No: 200223-EMG. WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to further modify the Agreement by changing certain terms and conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: CURRENT LANGUAGE 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS 2.1.3 A total of 36 rooms will be made available July 18, 2020 through September 30, 2020, December 30, 2020, June 30, 2021, September 30, 2021, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022, June 30, 2024. 4.0 CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 4.1 This Emergency contract is for awarding a requirements service contract to cover for the period from December 14, 2020 to June 30, 2020 September 30, 2021, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022 June 30, 2024. MODIFICATION TO CONTRACT 2.0 SPECIFICATIONS 2.1.3 A total of 36 rooms will be made available July 18, 2020 through September 30, 2020, December 30, 2020, June 30, 2021, September 30, 2021, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022, June 30, 2024 December 31, 2024. 4.0 CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 4.2 This Emergency contract is for awarding a requirements service contract to cover for the period from December 14, 2020 to June 30, 2020 September 30, 2021, December 31, 2021, June 30, 2022 June 30, 2024 December 31, 2024.
