1. The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Section 1.0 CONTRACT TERM shall be updated to reflect a new expiration date of August
31, 2024, to fully expend funds and report on deliverables. All invoices must be received by
September 30, 2024.

W. Allother terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
