The above-named Intergovernmental Agreement (³IGA´) is hereby amended as specified below: A. Cover Page, Expiration Date is changed from May 31,2024 to June 30, 2025. B. Section IV, COMPENSATION²Remaining funds will be invoiced monthly with all invoices submitted by July 31, 2025. II. All other terms and conditions of the original IGA shall remain in full force and effect.
