AMENDMENT TO
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT

MARICOPA COUNTY

ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
I.
The above-named Intergovernmental Agreement is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Agreement expiration date shall be updated from May 31,2024 to June 30, 2025.
B. Section IV, COMPENSATION 2.0 — Remaining funds will be disbursed according to the
new Schedule of Deliverables as shown on pages 2-3 of this amendment.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
