RECITALS WHEREAS, Maricopa County acquired a Slope Easement containing 22,672 square feet, recorded on April 7, 2021, as Instrument Number 20210391030 in the official records of Maricopa County, Arizona (“Easement”) over a portion of land described and depicted on “Exhibit A”. WHEREAS, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors did, on May 22, 2024, adopt a Resolution declaring that said Easement is no longer necessary for any public purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, Maricopa County, hereby releases, extinguishes, and disclaims any and all interest it has or may have in or to the Easement.
