Page 1 of 2 RESOLUTION Extinguishment of Easements C-64-__-___-__-00 A RESOLUTION EXTINGUISHING EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH ROAD FILE NO. A669, 129TH AVE FROM NORTHERN AVE TO BUTLER DR AND BUTLER DR FROM DYSART RD TO 127TH AVE, DECLARING A COUNTY HIGHWAY. WHEREAS, Maricopa County is the named Grantee of a certain Drainage Easement dated April 7, 2021, and recorded as instrument number 20210391029 in the official records of Maricopa County; and WHEREAS, Maricopa County is the named Grantee of a certain Drainage Easement dated September 9, 2022, and recorded as instrument number 20220700626 in the official records of Maricopa County; and WHEREAS, Maricopa County is the named Grantee of a certain Slope Easement dated April 7, 2021, and recorded as instrument number 20210391030 in the official records of Maricopa County; and WHEREAS, said easements were granted to Maricopa County in association with Road File No. A669; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined that there is no public interest in said easements in that the County has neither present nor future need for the rights and privileges granted in the said easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to relieve the County of any obligations that exist or may exist because of the easements refenced above, the County does, without reservation of any nature, terminate and extinguish in perpetuity any and all rights and obligations granted to the County as set forth in the easements, leaving the property burdened by said easements no longer encumbered thereby.
