QUIT CLAIM DEED

For the consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
considerations, I, ROSEMARIE DI PIPPA, Trustee of the GABRIEL DI PIPPA AND

ROSEMARIE DI PIPPA TRUST U/A 9/17/96,

do hereby quit claim to ROSEMARIE DI PIPPA, Trustee of the GABRIEL DI PIPPA
AND ROSEMARIE DI PIPPA TRUST U/A 9/17/96 Trust B (Family Trust),

all right, title and interest in the following real property situated in
Maricopa County, Arizona:

The North half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the
Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa
County, Arizona;

In compliance with A.R.S. Section 33-404, the beneficiary of the foregoing
Trust Agreement is Rosemarie Di Pippa, 1407 N. 31st Place, Phoenix, Arizona

85008.
Exempt from Affidavit and Transfer fee, ARS Sec. 11-1134, B, 8.
