NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Tolleson Planning and Zoning Commission will
conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM, and the Mayor
and Council will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM,
both during Regular Meetings held in the Council Chambers at the Tolleson Civic Center,
9055 West Van Buren Street, Tolleson, Arizona 85353, and via Zoom Webinar. Planning

The purpose of the public hearings is to solicit comments from interested parties in
reference to Rezone Application PNZ-26-0010 as submitted by Tolleson Union High School
District No. 214, the property owner, to rezone the property located west of 99th Avenue
from Wolverine Way south to Harrison Street from Light Industrial (I-1) to Planned Area
Development (PAD). The site, comprised of a portion of APNs 101-04-973B and 101-04-
009, is approximately seven (7) acres. (Ordinance No. 629 N.S.)
