BACKGROUND: Each Council Meeting, the Finance Department shall prepare a list of all claims paid by the City. The list shall be reviewed and approved when required by the Council, and a copy of it shall be included in the minutes. DISCUSSION: The Claims and Bills Report includes vendor payments of $10,000 or more for the period noted above. BUDGET IMPACT: This item has no additional budget impact.
