PURPOSE: 
This is the Development Agreement the City needs to have released or obtain evidence that it no longer applies. 
 
BACKGROUND: 
The original development agreement, established over 20 years ago, was intended to encourage smaller 
warehouse developments in the area rather than large-scale warehouses. However, since the City has approved 
and completed the 'Villages at Paseo de Luces' housing development, the agreement is no longer needed. We 
now seek to release it from the title report to facilitate financing for the new owners. 
 
DISCUSSION: 
The Villages at Paseo de Luces project is now complete. To facilitate financing for the new owners, we intend 
to release the original development agreement for warehouse development from the title report. 
 
BUDGET IMPACT: 
N/A 
 
RECOMMENDATION: 
Staff Recommends Approval
