RESOLUTION NO. 2595
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TOLLESON,
ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY
SERVICES, MUNICIPAL COURT SERVICES, FIELD SERVICES FEES, FIRE
DEPARTMENT FEES, DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FEES, LIBRARY FEES, PARKS AND
RECREATION FEES, POLICE DEPARTMENT FEES, UTILITY DEPARTMENT FEES, AND
ANY FEES RELATED TO USE OF CITY FACILITIES, PERMITS, AND LICENSES;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 25, 2025.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tolleson is authorized to establish fees for City
services, use of City facilities, permits, licenses, and other applicable charges in compliance with
A.R.S. § 9-499.15 and A.R.S. § 9-511.01; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 615 N.S., which removes specific
fee amounts from the City Code and establishes that all fees shall be set forth in a Consolidated
Fee Schedule adopted by resolution; and
WHEREAS, new and/or increased fees have been noticed as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt the Consolidated Fee Schedule to establish a
clear and uniform structure for fees related to City services, permits, and licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson,
Arizona that the Consolidated Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by this reference, is adopted.
Section 1. The recitals above are hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth
herein.
Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are
repealed.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this
Resolution is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of

competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
Section 4. This Consolidated Fee Schedule will become effective on April 25, 2025, in
conjunction with Ordinance No. 615 N.S.
Section 5. The City Council may update or amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule by
future resolution as necessary.
