CITY COUNCIL REPORT SUBJECT: Claims and Bills Report for the period of January 8, 2025 to January 21, 2025 MEETING DATE: January 28, 2025 TO: Mayor and Council FROM: Kevin Artz, Chief Financial Officer REVIEWED: Reyes Medrano Jr., City Manager PURPOSE: The Finance Department is requesting the approval of Claims and Bills Report for the period of January 8, 2025 to January 21, 2025. BACKGROUND: Each Council Meeting, the Finance Department shall prepare a list of all claims paid by the City. The list shall be reviewed and approved when required by the Council, and a copy of it shall be included in the minutes. DISCUSSION: The Claims and Bills Report includes vendor payments between $10,000 to $50,000, as well as payments over $50,000, for the period noted above. BUDGET IMPACT: This item has no additional budget impact. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council approve the Claims and Bills Report. ATTACHMENTS: None
