Staff Summary (background) On December 16, 2025, the Council approved SUP25-000002, to allow the reduction of up to 9 parking spaces on the commercial property located at the south-west corner of Saguaro and Palisades Boulevards. The reduction in the parking spaces was requested to provide for the addition of a drive-through lane for a restaurant use of the building. The ordinance requires that the building permit application associated with a Special Use Permit (SUP) be submitted within six months of approval of the SUP.
