Dear Town of Fountain Hills O3icials: As a resident of Fountain Hills, I am writing to support Toll Brother’s proposed single-family rezoning at 15680 N. Aspen Drive (RZ25-000002). The Town approved the sale of this land so the Fountain Hills Unified School District could receive funding to support our schools. Allowing this project to move forward helps honor that decision and supports our local teachers and students. I’ve seen the homes in Adero that Toll Brothers have built, and they are well done and I know many of us would love to live in them one day. I’ve seen the site plan and I believe their project fits with the surrounding homes and the character of the area. I also appreciate that the wash will remain untouched, protecting open space and wildlife. For these reasons, I respectfully ask you to approve the rezoning request. Thank you for your consideration.
