ORDINANCE NO. 26-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE FOUNTAIN HILLS ZONING ORDINANCE CHAPTER 27, DOWNTOWN OVERLAY DISTRICT TO AMEND THE ALLOWED DENSITY IN THE AVENUE AND BUSINESS DISTRICTS ENACTMENTS: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows: SECTION 1. That Chapter 27, Downtown Overlay District, Sections 27.02 A and B of the Fountain Hills Zoning Ordinance is amended as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto.
