Staff Summary (background) 
Through its first 2 years as part of the Town, the Fire Department has experienced challenges 
with overtime. This has become more of a recent issue due to several staff being on leave. 
Finance will lead this presentation with an overview of the Fire Department's overtime data 
and the Fire Department will discuss its personnel request for the FY2027 budget.
