Staff Summary (background) The Council Subcommittees for the Town Boards, Commissions, and Committees conduct interviews to recommend new members based on term expiration, vacancies from resignations, or changes in membership eligibility status. Appointments are made twice a year in April and October. There is currently one vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission due to a recent resignation. The Town received 8 applications from residents interested in serving on the commission: N'Marie Crumbie, Rory Dilweg, Walter Gilbert, Mark Graham, Charlies McDermott, Larry Meyers, Tim Phillips, and Bobby Pinnamaneni. On February 2, 2026, Council Subcommittee B conducted interviews to fill the vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Following those interviews, Subcommittee B developed a recommendation for appointment to the Commission.
