AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE 
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING TOWN 
CODE 
CHAPTER

REGULATIONS, SECTION 7-1-2 C, INTERNATIONAL ENERGY 
CONSERVATION CODE, DELETING SECTIONS C405.13 AND 
C405.15  
 
 
ENACTMENTS: 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF 
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That Chapter 7, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Fountain Hills Town 
Code, Section 7-1-2, C. International Energy Conservation Code, 2024 Edition, is amended by 
adding subsections 3 and 4, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, Arizona, 
this 20th day of January, 2026.
