Dear Mr. Suan,

This letter intends to express a keen interest in purchasing the property owned by the Town of
Wickenburg located at 74 'W. Wickenburg Way. The Humane Society of Wickenburg Board of
Directors has been able to tour the property and is aware of its current condition and value, With
the purchase of this property, the Humane Society of Wickenburg intends to move its thrift shop
operations to this location and expand community services by offering vaccination and
microchipping clinics for publicly owned pets. Proceeds from the thrift shop benefit the Humane
Society of Wickenburg operations, which operate an animal shelter facility that temporarily
houses stray and homeless dogs and cats and provides community assistance programs. The
additional space at this location would enable the organization to expand its current thrift shop
operations and increase revenue to serve more stray and homeless animals. It would also provide
a place to host community vaccination and microchipping clinics at a convenient downtown
location for residents.
