2. MUST attach a diagram, clearly depicting your licensed premises along with the new extended area,
if the extended area is nof outlined and marked “extension” we cannot accept the application.

SECURITY PLAN PALOMINO CLUB
January 8, 2025

To Whom It May Concern:

The following security plan and precautions will be as follows for the temporary extension
parking lot located at 107 E. Wickenburg Way Wickenburg, Arizona 85390 under liquor
license 012070018653.

Provide for the safety of patrons:

4ft tall snow fencing will line the entire extension with 2 exits for patrons to enter and exit.
At each of those exits security will ensure no alcohol comes on the premises or off the
premises. We will also have security walking around the event to ensure all patrons safely
enjoy the event. Should there be any issue with any patron they will be asked to leave the
premises and security will escort them out.

Ensure that an individual who is under the legal drinking age of 21 does not
purchase, possess or consume spirituous liquor on the extended are of the
extension:

Security will be posted at each exit and entrance letting one patron in at a time. As they
enter, security will do a brief look of their person to ensure no liquor, beer or other
alcoholic beverages are being brought on the premises. Should a patron attempt to
bring liquor, beer or any other alcoholic beverage on the premises they will be stopped
at the gate by security and asked to return said items outside of the premises.

Prevent the unauthorized removal of spirituous liquor from the extension of
premises.

Security along with signs stating "No Liquor Beyond This Point” will be posted on either
side of each exit. Security will ensure only one person leaves at a time and will ensure
no liquor will leave the permitted premises. If a patron attempts to leave the premises
with liquor, beer or any other alcoholic beverage, security will stop them, inform them no

liquor is allowed outside of the premises and remove the beverage from their
possession.

Prevent unauthorized carrying of alcohol onto the extended premises.
