The initial agreement, effective January 22, 2019, is noted to terminate on January 21, 2022, and may be extended for one additional three-year term. Additionally, in accordance with the existing agreement, Section 2 Compensation and Method of Payment, part 2.1 Compensation, GHD request consideration for a two percent (2%) increase in our current rates, for the remainder of the term of the contract.
