RESOLUTION NO. 2370
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF WICKENBURG, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN 
CLERK 
TO 
REVIEW 
AND 
MAKE
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPROVAL OF SERIES 16
FESTIVAL/FAIR LIQUOR LICENSES TO THE ARIZONA
DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSES AND CONTROL
FOR EVENTS TO BE HELD IN THE TOWN LIMITS
WHEREAS, Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-203.03 (B) allows the
Director of Liquor Licenses and Control to issue on a temporary basis Farm Winery
Festival/Fair liquor licenses; Section 4-205.11 (B) allows the Director of Liquor Licenses
and Control to issue on a temporary basis Craft Distillery Festival/Fair liquor licenses;
and Section 4-205.14 (B) allows the Director of Liquor Licenses and Control to issue on
a temporary basis Microbrewery Festival/Fair liquor licenses subject to approval of local
governing bodies for events to be held in the Town limits;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town to authorize the Town
Clerk to review and make recommendations on behalf of the Town of Wickenburg to the
Arizona Department of Liquor and Control for approval of Festival/Fair liquor licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.  The Town Clerk is hereby authorized to review and make
recommendations on behalf of the Town of Wickenburg to the Arizona Department of
Liquor and Control for approval of Series 16 Festival/Fair liquor licenses. The Police and
Community Development Departments will review and make recommendations to the
Town Clerk regarding approval or disapproval of the liquor license.
SECTION 2. If the Town Clerk intends to recommend disapproval,
however, that recommendation shall be forwarded to the Town Council for the final
decision. This requires all applications to be received 30 days prior to the event.
SECTION 3. The various Town officers and employees are authorized and
directed to perform all acts necessary or desirable to give effect to this resolution.

OF WICKENBURG, ARIZONA THIS 3rd DAY OF MARCH 2025.
