1) | am interested in serving and/or am qualified to serve on the Committee because:

| am interested in the future growth of Wickenburg. ! would like to see this town have a
healty growth pattern keeping our Western heratige alive and continue to see us grow
and prosper with a healthy growth pattern.

2) What motivated you to apply for this specific committee?

| have lived in Wickenburg for 40 years. | have had the pleasure of assisting my
husband build and sell several homes. | have a good knowledge of the construction

industry. | have a good eye for design and would like to help our community to have
healty growth.

3) What do vou see as the vision for the committee?

Planning and Zoning should review all requests insuring that the meet or exceed the
current code for the Town of Wickenburg. Reviewing all items in a fair and balanced
way. Including giving direction to the Town Counsel as requested.

4) What brought you to Wickenburg? What other organizations in Wickenburg do you volunteer at?

| moved to Wickenburg in 1985. | was raised in Castle Hot Springs and | am a 4 generation Arizona. |
have always loved Wickenburg and have enjoyed living here and raising my family in Wickenburg.

| served as the Vice Chair for the Parks and Recreation Board from 2011 to 2022
lt served on EDAC from 2020 to 2022

| served as the MLS President 2015, 2016,2020,2024

| volunteer at Wickenburg Clean and Beautiful and have sponsered this event.

5) Is there any additional information that you think would be helpful for the Council to know when
making a selection for members?

Prior to working in Real Estate | worked for Bear Cat Manufacturing for 12 years and
for Chase Bank for 7 years. | understand finance and construction. | think that my
diversity in previouse employment will be an asset to the Planning and Zoning
commission.
