RESOLUTION NO. 2372 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG, MARICOPA AND YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE BUDGET, TRANSFERS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, AND FINANCIAL POLICIES, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26; THEREBY SETTING THE EXPENDITURE LIMITATION AS REQUIRED BY LAW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG, ARIZONA, that there is hereby adopted for Fiscal Year 2025-26: I. Tentative Budget in the amount of Eighty-Seven Million, Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars ($87,974,166) and setting the expenditure limitation as required by law in the amount of $63,473,203. II. Transfers III. Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year ending 2025 through 2029 IV. Financial Policies BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED there is hereby ordered, the publication of the following according to law: I. Notice of Public Hearing on the 2025-26 Budget and Property Tax Levy. Said Public Hearing to be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 155 North Tegner Street, Wickenburg, Arizona 85390, beginning at 5:30 p.m. II. The proposed Budget and Property Tax Levy may be examined at Wickenburg Town Hall, 155 North Tegner Street, Suite A, or the Wickenburg Public Library, 164 East Apache Street, Wickenburg, Arizona, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. APPROVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG, THIS 19th Day of May 2025.
