Wickenburg Wahoos Swim Team
Join the Wickenburg Wahoos Swim Team. The Wahoos
emphasize teamwork, dedication, and fun. Swimmers
improve their skills, make new memories, and learn good
sportsmanship. To participate, swimmers must be able to
swim 25 yards unassisted.
New Wahoos must attend 1 day of tryouts from the
days listed below. Select from:

StarFish Swim Lessons
Our swim lessons develop a foundation of swimming and safety
skills with a focus on self-rescue and are designed for all levels.
Skills covered include:
trust, submersion, body positions, & air recovery
forward movement, direction change
age-appropriate safety skills
freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, & breaststroke (advanced)
All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics, a nationally
and internationally recognized certification program. Children must
be potty trained. All children will be given a swim assessment and
be placed into the correct level at the start of the session. Space
is limited.
Ages 4 - 18 yrs

StarBabies/StarTots Swim Lessons
The StarBabies/StarTots course introduces infants and toddlers to
the water in a fun and loving environment. Parents or caregivers are
taught effective techniques to teach their infants and toddlers how to
float, submerge, move in the water, and roll over to breathe. Classes
incorporate songs, activities, and water safety education. Children
are required to wear a swim diaper at all times in the water. Space is
limited.

An excellent way to stay in shape and
have fun! Classes suitable for all
fitness levels. Build strength and burn
calories; easy on the joints.
Starts Monday, June 2nd.
Dive-In Movie Night
Popcorn! Snow-cones! Goodies! Enjoy a movie on a
gigantic 20-foot movie screen. Gates open at 7:00 pm with
the movie playing at 8:00 pm (or sunset). Bring a blanket,
chair, or enjoy the movie from the pool.
Price: Regular pool admission prices. Pool passes
excluded from this event.
Dive-In Movie Night Sing-a-Long
Get ready for an all new dive in movie experience! Enjoy the
Little Mermaid Sing-a-Long on a 20-foot movie screen. Gates
open at 7:00 pm with the movie playing at 8:00 pm.
Price: $10 gets you a special themed party
favor bag, 2 slices of pizza, and 1 drink
OR pay regular pool admission prices just
for entry into the event. Pool passes excluded
from this event.
Teen Night
Dive into a night full of music, games, and nonstop fun.
We’ll have a curated playlist full of your favorite tracks
keeping the energy high, epic pool games with prizes, and
tons of delicious food to keep you fueled!

Olympic Field Day at the Pool
A splash-filled day of fun for all ages! Compete in wild
events like the Noodle Javelin Toss, Cannonball Contest,
Floatie Relay, and more, with prizes for top teams, best
costumes, and MVPs. Enjoy music, food, and games, and
create epic summer memories.
Splish Splash Storytime
The Town of Wickenburg, and the Wickenburg Public
Library, invite you to join us at the Wickenburg Pool for
Storytime. This is a free storytime program. Admission to
the pool is free for storytime participants. Come in your
suits and enjoy summer stories by the pool side. Swim
time and water games afterwards. Children must be
accompanied by an adult.
