A. CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Bratcher called the meeting to order at 4:06 PM

D. EXECUTIVE SESSION – An Executive Session Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-
431.03(A)(1) and (A)(3) For Discussion, Consideration, and Legal Advice Regarding 
the Employment of a Town Manager which may include Review of Applicants for the 
Position, Consideration of Candidates for Interview, and Discussion regarding the 
Hiring/Interview Process. 
 
MOVED BY Councilmember Margaret Nyberg to adjourn into executive session at 
approximately 4:07 PM 
SECONDED BY Councilmember Rebecca Rovey
