6-3 POLICE COURT 6-6 C. If the Town Judge is satisfied that the offense complained of has been committed by the person charged, he shall issue a summons or a warrant of arrest. Before issuing a summons or warrant of arrest on a complaint, the Town Judge may subpoena and examine witnesses as to the truth of the complaint. \, & ARTICLE 6-4 FORMATION AND SUMMONING OF JURIES; JURORS' PAY ora ii20%05-13 ie A. The formation and summoning of juries in the Town Courts shail be one in the same manner as provided for by law in Courts of Record. B. Home Detention For Violation Of A.R.S. §28-1381 or §28-1382 Section 6-6-[ Establishment of Home Detention Program A. A Home Detention Program is hereby established in the Town Court for persons who are sentenced to jail confinement, including those persons sentenced under A.R.S. §28-1381 or §28-1382. If a person is sentenced to jail confinement by the Town Court, the Court may substitute Home Detention for a portion of the jail term as provided in this Article. B. The presiding Judge shall develop and implement a Home Detention Program that complies with the requirements of State law.
