AllThrive 365 respectfully requests $120,000 from the Town of Wickenburg to strengthen and sustain
critical social service programs that directly benefit Wickenburg residents—particularly seniors living on
fixed incomes. This investment will ensure continued access to essential resources that promote stability,
dignity, and quality of life for some of the community’s most vulnerable populations.
Of the total request, $60,000 will support our nutrition program, which provides thousands of hot,
nutritious meals each year through both congregate dining and home-delivered meals. These services
not only address food insecurity but also foster social connection, reducing isolation among seniors. The
remaining $60,000 will fund operations at the Community Resource Center, which offers vital services
such as housing and utility assistance, food bank distributions, and resource referrals that help stabilize
households and prevent crisis situations.
By supporting these programs, the Town affirms its commitment to the well-being of Wickenburg
residents and helps ensure that local seniors and families have the resources they need to remain safe,
healthy, and connected to their community.

AllThrive 365 respectfully requests funding from the Town of Wickenburg to sustain and strengthen
programs that provide essential services to low-income residents, seniors, and families. This investment
ensures that some of Wickenburg’s most vulnerable neighbors are not left hungry, isolated, or without a
safety net in times of crisis.
Through our Nutrition Program, seniors receive daily hot meals either at our congregate dining site or
through home-delivered meals for those who are homebound. In the congregate setting, older adults
not only enjoy nutritious meals but also the opportunity to socialize, build friendships, and engage in
activities that reduce loneliness and improve quality of life. For those unable to attend in person, our
home-delivered meals provide more than nutrition—staff and volunteers conduct regular wellness
checks and offer meaningful interaction to ensure seniors remain safe, connected, and supported. For
many, these daily visits are their only personal contact, safeguarding both health and independence.
Our Community Resource Center serves as a lifeline for residents by providing a food bank that reduces
hunger and food insecurity, holiday programming that brings hope and connection during critical times
of year, early childhood programming for children ages 0–5, navigation services to link families with vital
resources, emergency rental and utility assistance to prevent homelessness, and crisis intervention when
residents face urgent challenges.
Funding from the Town will directly cover food costs, emergency housing and utility assistance, staff and
volunteer support, and program supplies. Every dollar invested translates into stabilized households,
healthier and safer seniors, and stronger families. By partnering with AllThrive 365, the Town of

Wickenburg is not only funding services—it is protecting residents, reducing isolation, and building a
more resilient, connected community.

AllThrive 365 has been operating these programs in Wickenburg for almost 50 years and will continue to
as long as a need exists.

AllThrive 365 (formerly the Foundation for Senior Living) has been responding to the needs of under-
resourced older adults and adults with disabilities since 1974. For more than five decades, we have
remained steadfast in our belief that every person deserves the opportunity to age with independence,
safety, and peace of mind. Today, through innovative programs in health, housing, and social connection,
we serve more than 37,000 Arizonans each year.
In Wickenburg, our commitment is deeply rooted in the community. From the Wellik Senior Center, we
deliver vital social services to seniors and families, ensuring access to meals, resources, and supportive
programs. In addition, we own and operate Padua Hills, a residential community offering affordable
housing for individuals aged 62 and older, providing not only stability but also dignity in aging.
As Arizona’s aging population grows at unprecedented rates, the need for proactive and integrated
solutions has never been more urgent. AllThrive 365 is leading the way—developing holistic programs
that address health and housing needs, advocating for policy that protects and uplifts older adults, and
building the infrastructure required to ensure that every Arizonan, regardless of age or circumstance, has
the opportunity to truly thrive.

operating a program which maximizes impact through diverse funding sources. Through leveraging Town
support, the program receives additional state, foundation and individual contribution to reduce
duplication of services and direct resources where they are needed most. In doing so, we sustain critical
services that prevent costly crises for Wickenburg Town citizens such as hospitalization or premature
institutionalization, contributing to a more stable fiscal environment for Wickenburg residents.

Infrastructure Assets
Explanation: Through the Freedom Express transportation program, AllThrive 365 directly supplements
Wickenburg’s public transit infrastructure, providing over 25,000 miles of rides annually. These rides
connect older adults and individuals with disabilities to essential destinations such as grocery stores,
pharmacies and medical appointments – ensuring they remain independent and healthy. By strategically
filling this gap in community infrastructure alongside the senior center, our program strengthens options
that are vital to Wickenburg’s long-term economic vitality.
Safe and Sustainable Quality of Life
Explanation: The Wickenburg program enhances the Town’s vision of a clean, safe, and sustainable
environment where residents enjoy programs for their health and engagement. The program distributes
more than 400,000 pounds of food annually, provides 15,000 congregate lunches, and delivers 8,000
home delivered meals. These programs directly ensure that vulnerable Wickenburg residents are
nourished and able to live independently. Congregate meals at the center also provide a gathering place
that fosters social connection and reduced isolation. Additionally, welfare checks conducted during home
-delivered meals enhance safety for residents who live alone. In these ways, the program advances
Wickenburg’s commitment to sustainable quality of life by protecting the health, safety, and well-being
of its most vulnerable citizens.
Innovative and High-Performing Organization
Explanation: Wellik Senior Center has a proven track record of more than four decades serving
Wickenburg residents with high quality services. Our organization models the Town’s priority as an
innovative and high-performing organization by implementing holistic solutions that go beyond
providing a warm meal, transportation services and resource navigation. Staff and volunteers are
equipped with the tools and resources to serve residents through wraparound services, while our strong
partnerships ensure transparency and sustainability. Our committed culture of continuous improvement
mirrors the Town’s goal of maintaining high-performic, service-oriented organizations serving its’
population.
Economic Growth
Explanation: By addressing basic needs, our programs empower low-income residents to redirect their
limited financial resources to what truly matters – housing, medication, and other local expenses
supporting the local economy. The Wellik Senior Center also services as a community hub that brings
residents together and connects them to local vendors and services. Moreover, the Freedom Express
Transporation program ensures that older adults and adults who do not have access to transportation
can access shopping, pharmacies, and healthcare locally, keeping dollars in Wickenburg.  By meeting
essential needs, the program contributed to the Town’s exonymic vitality and positions Wickenburg to
keep its’ citizens spend in town.

partnership for our Nutrition Program to provide hot meals and activities

Maricopa County: Maricopa County which provides monetary support though a contractual
partnership for rent and utility assistance

Wickenburg Community Services Corporation: WCSC provides in kind donations and the space
needed to conduct this program

The Salvation Army Southwest Divisional Headquarters: The Salvation Army screens and trains
program volunteers and support fundraising through bell ringing for The Freedom Express to
support transportation for seniors

St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance: St. Mary’s provides no cost and discounted food for us to
distribute to feed insecure Wickenburg residents.


contributions such as facility use, volunteer hours, and donated goods, reflects both the financial and

While the monetary value of services is substantial, the true measure of impact extends far beyond
financial figures. These programs safeguard the health, stability, and independence of vulnerable
individuals, prevent crises from escalating, and foster meaningful community connections. Outcomes
such as reduced isolation among seniors, improved food security, and the preservation of housing and
utility access represent profound benefits that cannot be fully captured in dollars.
The $120,000 requested from the Town of Wickenburg represents less than ten percent of the total
operating budget. This modest investment, in proportion to the overall financial commitment,
demonstrates that the value of services provided substantially exceeds the funding sought. Each dollar
contributed directly supports critical programming, ensuring that the Town’s investment yields a far-
reaching return in community stability, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Moreover, funding secured through this partnership enables us to leverage additional support from
other public and private sources, multiplying the impact and providing an even higher return on the
Town’s investment. AllThrive 365 exercises strong fiscal stewardship, carefully managing resources to
maximize impact and ensure that every dollar entrusted to us is used effectively, transparently, and in
direct service to the community.
