Temporary Extension of Premises - Security Plan updates

We are requesting for our Temporary Extension of Premises, same as last year, but to start and
end earlier.

Patio Seating to be added to the covered patio area and part of the black top area currently
used for parking. <See attached images examples from last year’s patio setting..>

Barriers to be added around the entire area labeled Extension in Diagram A.

Barriers will be empty barrels hooked together by rope with signs at the main entrance and exit
points labeled “No Alcohol Beyond this Point.”

Lighting to be added on each table outside of the covered area, and surrounding the barriers for
after dark usage.

The building already has existing flood lighting outdoors and security cameras
surrounding the building.

All staff are trained and certified with Title 4 Basic certification. Management during each shift
also has Title 4 Management training.
Ail necessary forms and documents remain on site during business hours.

During larger populous events at the brewery, additional security will be stationed at all
entrances and exits to prevent underage drinking, or bringing in of additional alcohol to the
premises, and other illegal activities. We had no issues last year with any of our events, and we
were never close to filling the patio during our events.
