We have received your permit request for the fair/festival licenses which are under review. The Town would like to bring to your attention that per the Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit you obtained for the extended patio area in the front of your business that the portable toilets have yet to be screened from view as was a requirement from the Town Council. Let this serve as a notice that this issue is a direct violation of the Town Councils approval of the temporary extension of premises/patio permit. The Town is also showing that you have yet to obtain a permit for the sign which was painted on your building. The Town may require that the outstanding issues at the Vulture Peak Brewery be taken care of prior to any new permit requests being authorized. The Town would like to remind you that the Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio permit may be revoked if the portable toilets are not screened from view.
