To: Bryce and Susan Webster
Vulture Peak Brewing Company
Subject: Notice of Violation – Expired Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit
Attention: Mr. and Mrs. Webster,
Please be advised that the Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit issued
to Vulture Peak Brewing Company has expired, and as such, all privileges and uses
granted under said permit are no longer authorized under the Town Code of
Wickenburg.
On Thursday, June 12, 2025, Town staff spoke with Mrs. Susan Webster and clearly
communicated that all structures and items associated with the expired extension —
including, but not limited to, outdoor toilets and patio tables — were to be fully
removed no later than Monday, June 16, 2025.
As of the date of this correspondence, a site inspection conducted by Code Compliance
officials has confirmed that the aforementioned items remain on the premises. This
constitutes a violation of Town code and failure to comply with the conditions of the
expired permit.
You are hereby directed to remove all unauthorized items immediately. Continued
noncompliance may subject you to code enforcement actions, which may include fines,
citations, or other legal remedies as authorized by the Town of Wickenburg Municipal
Code.
Should you have any questions regarding this notice or require further clarification, you are
encouraged to contact the Community Development Department without delay.
Sincerely,
