Date: June 16, 2025 To: Bryce and Susan Webster Vulture Peak Brewing Company Subject: Notice of Violation – Expired Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit Attention: Mr. and Mrs. Webster, Please be advised that the Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit issued to Vulture Peak Brewing Company has expired, and as such, all privileges and uses granted under said permit are no longer authorized under the Town Code of Wickenburg. On Thursday, June 12, 2025, Town staff spoke with Mrs. Susan Webster and clearly communicated that all structures and items associated with the expired extension — including, but not limited to, outdoor toilets and patio tables — were to be fully removed no later than Monday, June 16, 2025. As of the date of this correspondence, a site inspection conducted by Code Compliance officials has confirmed that the aforementioned items remain on the premises. This constitutes a violation of Town code and failure to comply with the conditions of the expired permit. You are hereby directed to remove all unauthorized items immediately. Continued noncompliance may subject you to code enforcement actions, which may include fines, citations, or other legal remedies as authorized by the Town of Wickenburg Municipal Code.
