Notice of Intent to Change Fees

NOTICE OF INTENT 
 
Notice of Proposed Changes to the Consolidated Fee Schedule – In accordance with 
A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Wickenburg Town Council will 
hold a public meeting to consider proposed changes to the fees & charges on October 6, 
2025, for the following town departments: 
 
• Public Works - Sanitation 
 
The proposed changes to the consolidated fee schedule and a written report or data 
supporting 
the 
changes 
in 
the 
fees 
are 
available 
for 
review 
online 
at 
www.wickenburgaz.gov. The Wickenburg Town Council will consider this matter at its 
Town Council meeting to be held in the Wickenburg Town Council Chambers located at 
155 North Tegner Street, on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.  Following such 
consideration, the Town Council may approve, disapprove or modify the consolidated fee 
schedule.
